The Department of Public Works has announced that there will be road works on the Nicosia-Limassol motorway on Saturday, 25 June, just shy of the Latsia exit towards of Limassol.

A 57-year-old woman was struck by a bus in Aradippou, killing her instantly as she was trying to cross on foot the Nicosia-Larnaca highway. An unconfirmed report suggested she had missed the bus and was trying to catch it.
